Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Please note below:

  • Processing Time: Standard processing times for orders are 3-5 business days following your order placement.
  • Domestic Standard shipping Time: Our typical shipping time is 5-8 business days.
  • Address Changes: D’Natural WILL NOT make any changes or adjustments to an address submitted to us. Please be thorough when providing your address.
  • Timely Communication: If, for any reason, your order is not shipped on time due to any circumstances, we'll reach out to you in advance to keep you informed.

Processing time is the time between when an order is placed by a customer and when the order is fulfilled by our business. Shipping time is the amount of time it takes for an order to be delivered to you.

For orders totaling $50 or more, we offer free shipping within the United States. If you are ordering from outside the U.S., shipping costs will be based on the applicable rates. 

 

International shipments - Custom fees

Please be advised that international orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees determined by the destination country. These additional charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. Import taxes, customs duties, and fees are imposed upon the arrival of the shipment in the recipient's country.

It's important to note that these fees can vary across countries due to differing customs policies. For detailed and specific information, we suggest reaching out to your local customs office. Additionally, please be aware that customs clearance procedures may result in delivery delays, and while we strive for timely deliveries, these delays are beyond our control.
